Support
Email support@thegreensquire.com and a real person answers within two business days.
Put this in your email so we can help on the first reply: the app's name, your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About), and what you tapped just before the problem. A screenshot helps. Please don't send guest lists or other personal details we don't need.
Restore a purchase
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to buy. Upgrades also follow your Apple Account to a new iPhone.
Get a refund
Apple handles every payment for our apps, so refunds go through Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose the purchase and select "Request a refund". We can't see or refund App Store payments ourselves.
Cancel a subscription
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose the app. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Move your data to a new iPhone
Our apps keep your data only on your iPhone; we have no copy. It moves with an iPhone backup and restore (iCloud Backup or a computer backup). Deleting an app deletes its data, so back up first.
Proofday: reminders don't arrive
Check Settings → Notifications → Proofday and turn on Allow Notifications. Focus modes can hold reminders back; add Proofday to the allowed apps for the Focus you use while baking.
Proofday: the timings look off
Fermentation depends on your flour, starter and kitchen. Set the dough temperature you actually measure, and use the Done and +30 minute buttons in bake mode: the rest of the plan moves with you.
Tablewright: a rule wasn't met
Auto-seat lists each wish it couldn't meet and why, usually a full table or two rules that pull against each other. Add a seat, unlock a guest, or move someone by hand, then tap Seat the rest.
